Our cup runneth over

Warning: Sappy post ahead.

Over the past several months, we’ve been putting together the yearly newsletter and annual report. It’s a great way to be reminded of all of the projects, events, and activities that have taken place over the year.

But something felt a little different this year. Something felt better. Happier. More hopeful. Looking back over all you have made possible, I couldn’t wipe the smile from my face, nor the gratitude from my heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do to make our connections with the natural world stronger, and for ensuring that our children, and their children, and their children and so on will always be able to experience our incredible landscape and natural wonders.

Kids+forest+learning = magic

Kids+forest+learning = magic

You’ve connected hundreds of kiddos in the Moscow area to the magic of the forest at Idler’s Rest, and the power of conservation at the Fosberg Farm. You’ve inspired the expansion of health and wellness activities that our whole community can enjoy. You’ve ensured that special ecosystems like the native Palouse Prairie have a solid chance at recovery and growth. And you’ve given so generously of your time, your labor, and your talents to help make our corner of the world a little brighter.

This Thanksgiving, I am so thankful for each and every one of you. And I know I speak for the Board of Directors and Lovina when I say, our cup truly runneth over, and we are so grateful to be part of this community. As a small token of our appreciation, please enjoy this little compilation of your impact this year, and here’s to another amazing year to come!
