10 Steps to creating a CE
This is a general summary of steps necessary prior to granting a conservation easement to Palouse Land Trust. This is not guaranteed to be a complete list, nor are all of the following necessarily relevant to your particular project. Each project is considered on a case by case basis and is as unique as the land it seeks to protect.
These are forever projects, so of course they take time. Most projects take at least 2 years from initial inquiry to completion, and some may take several years depending on your specific goals, needs, and situation.
