*Due to a very wet weather forecast, the first Guided Sound Bath Meditation session of 2022 has been relocated to the @PCEI greenhouse, located at the Nature Center at 1040 Rodeo Drive.*

Let your mind feel spacious while you enjoy the relaxing and meditative invoking qualities of a sound bath. Nara Woodland of Brain Body Balance Sound Therapy is a Licensed and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, with a business located in Pullman, WA. Nara will provide a sound bath using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.

Like other kinds of meditation, sound therapy can help us be more internally aware while being more present in the moment and more connected with our surroundings. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and blanket for optimal comfort. If you are interested in receiving on-the-body vibrational sound therapy during the sound bath, please email Nara for a waiver form.
