Tidy up the Cedar Grove!

Do you love Idler’s Rest?

Are you itching to get outside and put in a few hours of hard work?

Get excited for four opportunities to get sweaty for stewardship from 3:00 - 5:00pm. After our remarkable hazard tree removal project, we are in need of a few extra hands to tidy up. The crew did an exceptional job making minimal impacts, and cutting and hauling trees leave a mark. Join us to help!

What do you need? Come prepared with sturdy boots, gloves, water, and a great attitude. Tools, extra water and snacks provided! We will be working in the Cedar Grove, so just pop on down to find us.

Can’t make any of the Work Wednesdays this spring? Contact Ava Nora Cocking, Community Lands Steward to coordinate another time for your dedicated group of volunteers to do some good work at Idler’s Rest or another favorite preserve.
