Meet yourself as you already are, by immersing your mind, body, and soul with a modge podge of playful sequencing, Yoga and Buddhist philosophy, all on a bedrock of compassionate self-inquiry. You can expect starting the class with awareness meditation, then follows a playful vinyasa sequence, weaving your breath, movement, and body together.
Self inquiry, present awareness, and self reconnection will be explored. In your final resting pose, be showered with healing Tibetan singing bowls that will bring you into a complete and total relaxation, oneness with mother earth, and a connection to your inner wisdom to carry with you on and off the mat.
Just bring your mat (or outdoor towel, there’s plenty of pitch out there), water and comfortable clothes. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to find your spot and get comfy.
