Join Stephanie Frost for an all-levels yoga practice beneath the cedar branches at Idler’s Rest.
The practice will start with a Kundalini breathing that consists of three-part breath. This awakens that vital life force that exists not only within us but also within all living things around us. After awakening our energy within, following will be a gentle asana flow that will help you arrive at a compassionate and invigorating place.
We will end with Savasana (rest) pose with a guided meditation to fully melt into the earth and go deep within ourselves. With sincerity, you will leave the class nourished and connected with yourself.
