Give the kiddos a good dose of vitamin Nature with outdoor crafts at Idler's Rest!  Drop in at any time for exploration, fun, crafts, and most importantly, PLAYING at the preserve.

Families with kiddos of all ages are welcome, with activities and crafts for teeny tinies right up to mid-elementary-aged kids. All materials and supplies will be provided, just bring your creativity! Heads up, mommas and poppas: the preserve does not have a restroom facility, so please make sure to hit the bathroom before you come (or be ready to use... *ahem*... nature's restroom), and be ready to get a little dirty.
