Project Summary: 
This was Land Trust's first conservation easement project.  Working with the landowner, Katrina Berman, and the City of Moscow, this easement made the Berman Creekside Park possible.  The easement protects the open space and natural condition of the property along Paradise Creek near the intersection of Main Street and Styner Avenue.

Project Goals: 
  • Retain the property’s natural, scenic, open space, and recreational condition
  • Provide opportunities for outdoor recreation by the general public and physical access to Paradise Creek
  • Protect scenic views of Moscow Mountain and Paradise Ridge.
